In addition, CTG is using the hot pressing process to develop special graphite compounds under the name CGS: a composite material made of graphite and plastic, which is particularly suitable for bipolar plates in fuel cells, heat exchanger plates or redof flow batteries. CGS offers high electrical and thermal conductivity, gas tightness and high mechanical stability — ideal for use in demanding energy applications.
